Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the packing slip inside the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your drop-off receipt until your refund has been processed.
